I can't reindex and uplift my TM

I've tried to reindex and uplift my TMs and after following all the steps on the video nothing happens. It takes some minutes and apparently the process fihishes. When I open a project no suggestions appear. When I open the TM folder none of them have the word "original" as it is supposed to. 

I tried to load manually the TM to do the reindex and uplift but when I open the folder where my TM are, the folder is empty with a message of "no element matches the search criterion"so none of my TM is there, but if I click the "Load Studio TM2" they just appear. 

What am I missing? What else can I do?

    Can you advise whether you are using Project Translation memories and if you uplifted your Main TM after you created the Project?

    Can you confirm what you are using for this exercise too as I don't recognise these commands in Studio. Is it the TM Lifting app? If it is try dragging and dropping the TMs into the empty View. The load TMs part is related to TMs in your TM Navigation pane so if you have none in there perhaps this is why you are seeing the message.

    Here are my answers:

    The commands were not there because, it was my fault, I hadn't downloaded the application. I downloaded it and now I have the command "Uplift" on my screen. That's what I used to do the all the process.

    I haven't used Trados 2017 with any new project yet, I wanted to get it ready before starting working so I followed all the steps on the video and did the reindex and uplift process. After doing so, I created a test project to see how it worked, I used a project that I had already translated in Trados 2011, and I was very surprised because I didn't get any suggestion.
    Then I followed all the steps again and finally some of my TM had the word "original", but not all. I ran a test again, with the TM already reindexed and uplifted , and just some of the segments had a suggestion, not all. What can I do to fix this?

    Do I have to do the whole process for the TMs missing? and in that case, how can I do it?

    When I click the TM command in Trados 2017 I see all the TM I have (just 5), but when I click the "Browser" command, a window opens and I got the message that there are not elements that match the criterion. If I open separately the folder TM in the Trados 2017 folder I see all my TM. So I really do not know what's happening.
