I used to have an SDL account and certification page when I worked at my last company, but I am now freelancing. I bought my first copy of Studio yesterday through a third party vendor, and it seems that this process has resulted in a new account being set up for me based on the email address I submitted during the purchase. Is it possible for me to get my old certification moved over to my new account? I no longer have access to the old account, but my certification page address used to be https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/certified/index.asp?userid=82510.
On an aside, the new account also lists me as US English, but my native language is UK English. I can't seem to change this in my SDL profile as the drop-down menu only contains US English.
