From "file" view to "home" view in Studio 2015

Hi, 
 I would like to know how I can change the seeting in Studio 2015 to get "home" as the default view. It used to be like that, but now I get "file" as default. Any ideas of how this can be changed back?

I'm wondering if I've missed something all these years. I thought Studio opened in the last View you had when you closed Studio. I don't think there is a setting to always have one particular View open by default. You can set Studio to open the last document you worked on, but not a View.

Very interested in being corrected though!!

To make sure I asked the Product Manager. He confirmed that we did implement some smart behaviour e.g. never to open on an empty Editor view, always go back to Files in that case, to continue working on a previous project. And he said there are certain rare scenarios where we go to Welcome view, but just as part of trying to do the best thing for users without providing options. But we have never had an option to set the default View on opening Studio. 
 
One interesting thing he also mentioned was you could assign a keyboard shortcuts to the Welcome View and then you could quickly move back to Welcome with a shortcut. That might be useful?
