Can I ask how to get a refund?

Good morning SDL team,

I just brought a license for SDL Trados 2017 but I would like to request for a refund because I won't be able to use it for a sudden personal issue. I've already activated the license. 

Can you please let me know how to proceed to get a refund and return the license?
