Target file is not translated Studio 2017

Question

Hi! Today I am facing a really weird problem. At the beginning there was the known problem with error opening the target file. I copied all the source file into a new one, translated it from the TM and...the error was still present (in the past it always worked). So I tried to save the source into a different format and no error appeared. BUT the target file is not translated!!! The same happens if I try to safe "the target as" - the target is the source. I even updated the Studio, restarted the pc, tried to save the target in different directories...well I've tried everything what came to my mind and I am at my wit's end...It's driving me crazy...any ideas what's going on?

Thanks for sending the file over. The problem seemed to be related to the order of your tags in one segment. Amazing that one segment could cause this! I emailed you the target file and the explanation.

 There's a bit of information missing here that may help us with sensible suggestions: 
 
 what is the source file format? 
 what version of which software are you using to try and open the target file? 
 what process did you go through with this "different format" to pretranslate the file and get your target?
