Translate
We have received some idml files to translate. We build the project and add the files, but using the File type preview, an error messages is displayed saying that the tracked changes cannot be merged automatically (see image below) and so we can't add those files to the project . We checked the idml files in Indesign, but there are no tracked changes at all. Furthermore we have checked the File type in Trados Studio 2017 and the box "Process document with changes tracking" is checked as well.
So why the IDML File type can't process the files?
