How to export only sentences from a project containing (a) certain term(s)?

Hi 
 I'm working on a huge translation of a software package. There are numerous segments with no or little context and many terms with several possible meanings that I would like to present to the client so he can help me out. 
 Since the project contains over 26.000 segments (+110.000 words) it would be helpfull if I could filter on segments containing only this or that particular term(s), for example a list of all the segments containing 'asociar' AND 'asociado' AND 'asociados' 
 Any idea if that is even possible?

Filtering on them is easy as Evzen alluded. But if you wish to export them for your client you need to take it a step further. 
 
If your client uses Studio then you could create an SDLXLIFF file that contained only the segments you want using the SDLXLIFF Toolkit: 
 
 multifarious.filkin.com/.../ 
 
If he doesn't then you can either export this same SDLXLIFF to Excel ( appstore.sdl.com/.../ ) or Word (Export for Bilingual Review), OR, just export to Excel from the full file and then use Excel to filter on them and remove the stuff you don't want.
