We have a user who cannot reinstall Trados. She had uninstalled and attempted to reinstall so she could fix a problem with creating Termbases. However, now she gets the following error.
"Sdl.Community.TrialInstaller.App.Wpf has stopped working"
What do you think could be the cause?

Could please tell me from where she tried to install again Studio? Is she trying to access it from the shortcut from the desktop named something "SDL Trados Studio Trial Resources "?
Or she downloaded again from www.sdltrados.com/.../free-trial.html
