I have problem reactivate my Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. My computer had some viruses which had stopped me from opening the program so I couldn't deactivate my license before I had a new OS installed. At the time I didn't know offline deactivation was available. Now I have my computer back. When I tried to activate my license it was failed because it is still in use. So I tried to deactivate it offline. I received an email with offline deactivation ticket. I copied and pasted it the Deactivation Certificate field but still I received an error message, it says "an error has occurred with your offline-deactivation". Can anyone help me sort this out please? Thank you.
