Moved License Server - Now License Shows up as 'Expired'

As the title suggests, we recently moved our license server to a new PC.

The install, as far as I know went all OK, however, after entering the new license server name and clicking 'Connect' on my side, the product activation dialog indicates the 'license is expired.'

The license should be valid as we only changed the PC the license server is hosted on.

I am not the one who installed the license server and have limited knowledge on such matters, however I cannot proceed with my translation work until this is sorted.

If anyone has some possible solutions I can relay to the IT department, please advise.
