Comments do not appear in the preview

Question

Dear all, 
 I am trying to generate a preview (docx) of my sdlxliff but, unfortunately, the comments do not appear in the docx version. 
 Could you please help me out ? I have check the project's parameters and the "Extract comments" box is already ticked. I have to deliver to the client today EOB.

What version of Studio and what version of the filetype in Studio if it's not Studio 2017? 
 
Are you sure you set this up in your Project Settings and not File -> Options? 
 
Also note that it's not "Extract Comments" you need... it's "Retain Studio target comments in target file" that is needed here.
