• Is it possible to create the embedded content for XLIFF 2.0 Trados 2017 ?. I did it by adding a new file type as a XML in TRADOS. Can you please guide me how can I achieve this using XLIFF 2.0. Please see the below xliff file I am using. Trados system does not lock the html tags and it looks wired

    <xliff xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:document:2.0" srcLang="en-US" trgLang="fr-FR" version="2.0">
    <file id="RTM_COM113051">
    <group id="CAT_NOTES">
    <unit id="FN-400-COM113051-T1505141640335" >
    <segment>

CKEditor Brownies

Ingredients:

½ cup flour

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter, melted

2 eggs

1/3 cup cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the baking pan. Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. In another small bowl, whisk together the butter and eggs. Stir the two mixtures until just combined. Bake the brownies for 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes

  • Thank you Paul. I tried but could not succeed. I have provided the details in the below comment
  • Hi , I should have asked which XLIFF earlier, but assumed you weren't discussing XLIFF 2.0. You are already handling it the best way by working with the XML filetype for this as there is no embedded option for XLIFF 2.0..
