When I open a package from a customer, I get the error-message Access to the path 'D:/ System Volume Information' is denied. My PC has a partion C-D. Could it be a problem in the HD partion? Thanks in advance

Please delete the following file: 
c:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0\UserSettings.xml

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
