How to merge segments.

Question

I'm translating the PDF files. And in the source file, some sequence segments are logically a integrated sentence, an should be together. I try to merge the together, but the button of this operation is gray out. Is there any additional tags in the segment. How can I merge them. Thank you.

Ignoring a better approach of converting the PDF to Word (use Studio for this), cleaning the word file and then translating the word file instead means you may have deal with things like this. So go to your Project Settings -> Project and enable "Allow source editing" and disable "Disable merging segments across paragraphs".
