Standard Czech dates are not recognized by Trados 2017 as placeables.
No usual regex fix will work, because the format is d. M. yyyy, eg 11. 12. 2017, and commas are interpreted as ends of sentences, and so each date brakes the sentence up into three different segments.

My understanding is that date format in source is based on Windows settings. Trados does seem to recognize a much less common format d.M.yyyy (no spaces after dots), however, check out the default Microsoft regional settings for Czech (the spaces are there):
