Hello,
Windows 7 Professional + Studio 2017 - 14.0.5746.0: error message "An error occurred whilst using the translation provider [TM]: String was not recognised as a valid DateTime." Concordance search does not work, so translating is difficult. Any suggestions?

Have you tried running the update in Studio (and MultiTerm?)
This issue (creating TM's when running certain languages such as Finnish/Norwegian on Windows 10 machines) was fixed with a previous Cumulative update
