After the last time I updated Studio 2017 a couple of months ago, the Check for Updates option on the Help menu has been grayed out. When I go to Options, Automatic Updates, the Automatically Check for Updates when Application Starts box is unchecked and also grayed out. The same is happening with Multiterm.
I have disabled McAfee antivirus in case it was blocking updates (although it was running before when Studio and Multiterm were updating automatically w/o a problem), but that didn't work.
Because of this issue, I haven't been able to update Studio 2017 past 14.1.6278.0
