Hello,
I’m curious about how translation companies treat symbols. For example, the symbol ▲ found in Japanese and represents the “click” action for clicking enter to trigger an animation or move to the next page. Is that counted as a character? I’m just about to create a package it has been requested of me (whether possible or not) to isolate the "▼" from being counted as translatable. So I’m just about to create a segmentation rule for it so I can isolate all them to separate segments an then lock them. OR, do I need not worry because trados won’t count them in the first place?
