I installed the CU8 and am now having a problem. I tried to submit a case to the support but even though I filled out all the required fields, the support portal doesn't let me submit the case with an error message "Case cannot be submitted, please complete all highlighted fields."
I DID complete all highlighted fields. Any suggestions?
