When I export my translated text, only the 2-3 first sentences are in target language, the rest is in source.

I translated a document word (.doc) from Eng to French. Everything is translated but when I try to export it in Word, everything is in English after the first sentence??

Everything is confirmed on Trados.

Thank you

  • Your source document has a problem where the not translated text starts. This might be a destroyed link, table of contents or similar.
So please modify your source document by removing all text which is translated plus following two or three sentences. Then paste this text in Notepad, copy from there and insert back into Word. Save this document, translate with TM, save target - now everything should be translated. Take the original file and copy the formatting of the sentences, which passed Notepad.
