Just shooting in the dark - try to load the file to Trados 2007... its Office parsers basically just blindly parse out whatever text they find in the file... so you may get lucky.

Thank you Evzen and I ended up with the same result. However, it seems the code is out of order. No idea why, but the "Please read carefully all that follows" comes before the code that should follow " to receive under...". Good start indeed, and I wonder if that is the best we get given that it seems to be the way Word has it?

Yes, Melissa, I "reconstructed" the Word file using your screenshot.

I don't think you can do anything with the order, the texts order simply follows the fields 'nesting levels'... Which brings up another problem - potential need to reorder the individual parts of the sentence in the target language. This IMO cannot be solved at Studio level. The document creator simply did not respect the fact that different languages use different linguistic rules than English. So any needed reordering will have to be done directly in Word anyway.
