Dear friends, does anybody know if there is a way to select AM or PM when you configure a filter by time? It always shows current system time first, but I cannot figure out how I tell Trados to decipher whether it is AM or PM. For example, when my system time is 17:10, Trados shows 5:10.

Yes Paul, I did so (and some other manipulations) before I posted it here. It highlights as shown on your screenshot but it does not let me type '17'. Only either '1' or '7'. When I type 1, it substitutes for 7, and vise-versa. '12' is the maximum two-digit number that I can type there.
BTW, how did you set it to 19/11/2017? My Trados always uses MM/DD/YYYY format regardless of Windows settings...

Yes, I've checked it. My locale is 'Russian' (24-hour system, DD.MM.YYYY). However the Windows interface itself is in English...
Well, actually this is not that critical issue I can't live with. But if, by any chance, somebody knows what causes this, I would appreciate your help.
In fact, Studio is very inconsistently internationalized, see screenshot below... My system is set to Czech for years (incl. the setting for non-Unicode programs), so this is definitely NOT caused by some temporary change or so.
