Studio version: Trados Studio 2017 SR1 and Multiterm 2017
License : Freelance Plus
EVENTS:
1- I formatted my PC 5 weeks ago, one of my license seats stuck in my previous installation.
2- I have used Trial version for 1 month.
3- At the end of the month, I requested support to deactivate my seats. Support reset both seats in short time.
4- I activated my license again.
5- Meanwhile Studio AutoUpdate wanted me to update Studio. Proceeded with the update.
6- Opened Studio, tried to open one of my projects, it threw several exceptions. One was The requested service is not available: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IFilesViewService." The other was: "Key not found: '9df35c73-d7e9-4ede-88c8-64fedcb5917e'
Parameter name:" and I think "Object was not set to and instance of the object." These were 3 consecutive and confluent exceptions.
7- Online chat help, offered me some articles. I renamed some folders under AppData/SDL/Local and AppData/SDL/Roaming locations.
8- Restarted Trados, proceeded with setup wizard and try to open my project.
9- It opened this time, however it throws below exception and my file automatically closes. I am not able to edit any of my files. Request urgent help.
