If as you state you are the only one experiencing the issues, then this would indicate a local issue i'm sure.
Maybe the recent Windows updates has corrupted the package - try recreating the project.
Also ensure that the Studio folder is added to the white-list in your AntiVirus software.
If this all fails, could you ask your client to resend the project.
