MULTITERM I Cannot Add Terms in SDL MultiTerm

Question

Good morning, 
 Hello, I have Multiterm and Trados freelance+ 2017 installed on a 64bit Windows 10 machine. when I try to insert a term in the termbase while translating (I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2017) Termbase viewer opens in the editor view butI just see a blank page, the terms are on the left but there are no information on the right. 
 
 May you help me please?

I'd check that I was using the correct languages first. So look in your Termbase settings in Studio and make sure that there is a language selected for each one and that it matches your project languages. I know it's a basic question but worth starting there I think.

Hi DANIELA TRIULZI and Tatyana Nikitina , try switching the user interface language in Studio and MultiTerm to English. There is a known issue in MultiTerm that some user interface language resources are missing. We will address this soon, but until then, it would be good to see if using the English user interface helps. Thanks, Daniel
