Hi, I am trying to add a New Adaptive Engine, but I cannot select any language as target language. The only default offered is American English, but I need it to be German ... However, drop-down menu offers nothing but American. How can this be changed?

I suspect you are trying to create an engine with an unsupported language pair-
Currently only the following languages are supported-
http://www.sdltrados.com/products/language-cloud/language-pairs.html
However as demand increases- other language pairs and directions will be added over time.
