Can you click the blue floppy disk in the bottom left corner, save the error details and post them here?

Hi Stephanie Nadeau,
Have you tried running a Windows Repair on Studio or a reset? (The problem may have been triggered by a Windows update and usually this is resolved with a Windows Repair or reset...)

If none of these options work, or if you don't want to lose your customised settings with a reset (Windows Repair retains your settings), I think we could call this an installation problem, so with licensing or installation issues that are stopping you working you can get help really quickly here:

Fill in all the details required on the form and submit it. There is a box to select whether it is an installation or licensing problem. Select 'Installation' and they will help you free of charge. Make sure your email address is correct or nobody will be able to contact you.
