Symptoms:
I cannot open any new document for translation in SDL Trados studio 2017
Cannot open sigle document for translation when Target Language is "<not set>"
When trying to open a single document for translation, you can choose the target languages but when pressing “OK” the file to translate doesn't open
When trying to select the target language from the drop down list and click OK, nothing happens and you cannot begin the translation.
