"StartIndex cannot be less than zero" message when running QA check

Question

Hi! 
 I just finished a translation, I reviewed it and I run the spell checker. 
 Now I have to run QA checker, but I cannot do it because I get the StartIndex cannot be less than zero message. 
 
 Do you have any idea of how I can sort this out? 
 I am using SDL Trados Studio 2017 Starter Edition and I am using a project file created by my client, I cannot create projects.

I am just following up on this posting as its remained unanswered for some time. 
Have you been able to find a solution so far- or is this ongoing? 
 
If so could you share the error stack trace please (just click on the disc icon in the error message and save) and post here in community. 
 
We can then take a look at this for you.

Hi Steven, 
 
Fortunately, I managed to sort it out myself. The problem was with the QA checker profile, it seems it was corrupt. I uploaded a new profile and I could run QA checker.
