How can I disable the "Translate in SDL Trados Studio" context menu that is displayed in Windows Explorer when I right-click a file?

There is no simple way, you have to go into the registry.
If you know what you are doing you can remove it by doing the following:
1. Type "Ctrl + R" and then type "regedit" and hit Enter
2. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\ and remove the "SDL Trados Studio" folder
* Warning: I would advise backing up your registry in case strange things happen.
My guess is you should be okay, but it could potentially cause errors to happen in Trados Studio by doing this.
