Question

Hi! I'm getting this message: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Windows.Forms.TabPage' to type 'StudioiIntegrationApiWebLookup.WebBrowserTabPage' when I try to use Web Lookup with Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.6413.8. Please advise. Thank you!

Can you make sure you are using the latest version of the weblookup plugin, and also try a View -> Reset Window Layout before trying to use it. Might also be worth carrying out a reset of Studio. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0 
 
So the path would become this: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0_old 
 
If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../

Please try manually removing the plugin from all of these locations, if it’s in there, and then reinstall the latest one on the store.
