I'm encountering this problem. Studio shuts down when I try to open it. I'm running on Windows 10 and can't find the AppData folder. The links to the KB dont work.
I'm encountering this problem. Studio shuts down when I try to open it. I'm running on Windows 10 and can't find the AppData folder. The links to the KB dont work.
I would first suggest running a Studio repair-
https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395
then renaming the following folder to _OLD
C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL, rename LanguageCloud.bin to LanguageCloud.bin_OLD.
Then you can restart Studio and log back in to Language Cloud.
If you cannot find the AppData folder, this is more than likely it is part of the hidden folder structure-
Here is how to 'un-hide the necessary folders'
