Error while opening the project

Question

Hello, 
 When I opened SDL Trados, I couldn't see my project, and I tried to open it from the file. however it says "An error occured whilst trying to determine the file version. I have finished 90 percent of my work, and I do not want to lose all my effort, can you please help me.

 Please refer to the following for the solution-

 Such errors are normally caused by your AntiVirus quarantining certain files - 
 so it is really essential that you add Studio to the AntiVirus white list (instructions on how do do this for your particular provider can be found online.

Thanks for your help and sorry for my late reply. 
I tried all the options in the link you gave and eventually had to recreate the translation from TM. After that day, I lost my translation again after the update and had to repeat the same things. It was pretty bothering as I hadn't faced any kind of problem like that while I had been using the trial version, but when I bought my own license all the problems started to appear so often.
