Activating AutoSuggest Add-on

Question

Dear All, 
 I have just upgraded my SDL Studio 2017 Starter with SDL AutoSuggest Creator Add-on but the option to create an "AutoSuggest dictionary" is in grey and I have no idea how to proceed further. Many thanks for any advice. 
 It appears that the dectivate/activate license option: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0030172 does not help much. 
 Any hint on the next steps would be much appreciated.

Firstly my apologies that your posting has gone so long without an answer. 
Somehow this was overlooked. 
 
After checking your account, I notice that you are currently using the Starter version- which does NOT support AutoSuggest dictionary creation. 
As your license is due to expire soon, I would maybe suggest you upgrade to the FREELANCE version-
