Trados Studio 2017 and google translate api

Question

I use trados studio 2017 and I am trying to use google translate api. 
 I registered with google, opened a project there, activated the API, left my credit card information and got API keys. 
 
 However, I trados gives me the following error message: 
 "Beim Verwenden der &Uuml;bersetzungsquelle Google Cloud Translation API ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. 
 Der Remoteserver hat einen Fehler zur&uuml;ckgegeben. (403) unzul&auml;ssig" 
 
 Basically everything is already described here :

 however, I can't get it working. 
 
 Any suggestion ???

 When you say you&rsquo;re using the API does this mean you have developed your own plugin? Or are you simply using the API key to activate Google Translate in the out of the box Studio Google Translation Provider, or maybe MT Enhanced Translation Provider? 
 Either way Error 403 sounds as though you're having a problem accessing the google pages and not an issue with the API, so maybe a security setting on your computer or browser causing this problem?
