I have lost my original SDL-documents that were stored locally on my computor. Fortunately I can still access them from a Windows back-up. But when I try to open the TM from my Back-up, I get an error saying "file is encrypted or is not a database". I could recreate the TM from the individual files that were stored as a back-up, but as it turns out these aren't the most recent version, while my TM does contain the most recent information. How can I open my translation memory?
First of all could you please ensure you have downloaded and installed alol updates for both Studio and Multiterm
Then,
Can you try the following resolutions please-
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
You may need to work through each Solution (1-3) to ensure everything is back up and running.
