Unable to add server-based termbase

Hello, I hope I'm posting this in the right place! I'm having problems adding a server-based termbase to my project.

I've done this many times before without any problems but today when I click "use"-> "server-based multi-term termbase" I can only see the "select termbase" window when minimised. If I try to click on it it appears as a kind of ghost window with no content and I cannot go any further. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this and how to fix it? I've tried closing and re-opening the project and re-starting my PC...

    Hello  

    At what stage of the project are you trying to add the server TB?

    When you select USE- Use Server based...

    You should then see the following window- and you then select either,one of the servers you have already been registered to

    Or click the LOGIN to set up the access.

    Possibly another reason you may not be able to access the online server is if you are using a specific project template (in the original project creations) which does not allow this instead of the default template.

    If you recreate the project and then select the default template- are you now able to access the online Termbase?
