Cannot insert a fuzzy match - Ctrl+1 not working in Studio 2017

Question

Hello, I cannot insert fuzzy matches (as the 98% shown in the screenshot) by pressing Ctrl+1 / Ctrl+2.... (I have also tried to change the shortcuts but the issue persists). Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hi Cristian, 
This is a match from the concordance search. Therefore, you cannot insert it using Ctrl+1 but you need to copy it over manually (or if it is shown in the fragment match window, you might insert it by typing the first letters and pressing Enter as soon as it appears in the dropdown list).
