In case someone might be interested, Infix PDF Editor v7 is offered at 50% discount (~$50) through BitsDuJour until the end of the day (US time; about 15 hours from the time of this posting).
As far as I know the PDF Editor license also includes the ability to use TransPDF, Iceni's service for converting a PDF file to a XLIFF file, without any additional charge. Please note, however, that TransPDF is a cloud server, meaning the PDFs converted (from PDF to XLIFF and then the round trip back to PDF) are converted on a third-party server and not locally and therefore all potential confidentiality concerns stand as usual.
