  • Hi ,

Setting the alignment segmentation is very tricky to impossible because of the way the alignment feature works (or doesn't!). Try making sure that your rules work for simply opening a file for translation first and if they do, then try to tackle the alignment. At least then you'll know you tried everything you could and it should work in theory.

The problem is you have no control over the separate source and target segmentation. The best you can achieve is probably to make sure that the default TM for Japanese is set up correctly and in your settings and that Japanese is your source language. If it still doesn't work after that it may not be possible at all.

might have some experience with this?
