Problème SDL Studio 2017: Images éliminées dans le document cible exporté

Bonjour, Je commence &agrave; d&eacute;sesp&eacute;rer car, depuis peu, sans qu'&agrave; ma connaissance j'aie chang&eacute; une quelconque option sur ma version SDL Studio 2017, je n'ai aucune image dans mes fichiers Word cible faits sous Studio! Je fais le document bilingue normalement, tout semble OK mais quand j'exporte les documents en langue cible, toutes les images et symboles sont syst&eacute;matiquement &eacute;limin&eacute;s et ont donc disparu... je dois tout recoller &agrave; la main n'ayant trouv&eacute; aucune solution o&ugrave; que ce soit pour l'instant ;(... Si quelqu'un a une id&eacute;e.... Merci! B&eacute;atrice

I was in contact with Beatrice and I verified her documents --> the source document was a correct word with images and also the sdlxliff file. From my side I could save the Target As with images from the source document and even from the package sdlxliff. The problem was with the Studio of Beatrice --> she didn't process the update to SR1 and also she has the function "Show drawings and text boxes on screen" unticked in Word Options --> Advanced section. 
 
Now all is ok for Beatrice.

 If images are missing, this would maybe suggest the source file was NOT a Word file, but indeed a PDF (poor copy?). 
 (I can not think of any other reason why otherwise images would be missing). 
 Please check the source file, as if this is the case, you will need to to process the original source file through a decent OCR software and correct the formatting/DTP (if this belongs in your remit) before saving the file as a DOCX and importing into Studio for translation. 
 Alternatively, it may be worthwhile simply asking your client for the original source file.
