Problème SDL Studio 2017: Images éliminées dans le document cible exporté

Bonjour,
Je commence à désespérer car, depuis peu, sans qu'à ma connaissance j'aie changé une quelconque option sur ma version SDL Studio 2017, je n'ai aucune image dans mes fichiers Word cible faits sous Studio! Je fais le document bilingue normalement, tout semble OK mais quand j'exporte les documents en langue cible, toutes les images et symboles sont systématiquement éliminés et ont donc disparu... je dois tout recoller à la main n'ayant trouvé aucune solution où que ce soit pour l'instant ;(... Si quelqu'un a une idée.... Merci!

    If images are missing, this would maybe suggest the source file was NOT a Word file, but indeed a PDF (poor copy?).

    (I can not think of any other reason why otherwise images would be missing).

    Please check the source file, as if this is the case, you will need to to process the original source file through a decent OCR software and correct the formatting/DTP (if this belongs in your remit) before saving the file as a DOCX and importing into Studio for translation.

    Alternatively, it may be worthwhile simply asking your client for the original source file.
