Trados 2017 won't let me open a legit bilingual .doc file (created with Wordfast Pro). Twain4mark involved.

Question

Good morning, 
 In the past, I used to be able to work with lingists that would send bilingual files created with Wordfast Pro. But one day, I would say after the last update, I noticed I would no longer be able to open and work with these files. 
 "Twain4mark" is unmarked for all Word formats. 
 What is wrong? Why can't I just work with them anymore?? 
 
 If this workaround is no longer possible with Trados, what am I supposed to ask translators that work with Wordfast Pro to send so that I can see their translations on my Trados??

 Could you explain in a little more detail please what you mean exactly with ..

 Are you able to post the error stack?

It is worth checking first that the plugin is still active (you may need to reinstall from the app store).
