TM File is encrypted or there is no database - SDL Trados 2015

Question

I have been receiving while trying to open this TM. I have tried to import it as a TMX, and nothing. I have also tried renaming the file, but also didn't work. Any suggestion?

Try this app as it doesn't use the API. If the TM is not corrupt then this may deliver where Studio cannot:
