What are you talking about? There is no way to "disable MT in source file"... :-O
You can of course configure your Studio to work with any translation provider you want...

Do you mean that the translation results from your Machine Translation provider are not automatically inserted in the target segment, and instead you have to populate the segment manually by using "Apply Translation"? If so, go to Options - Editor - Automation and make sure "Apply automated translation when no TM match is found" is checked. With this, every time you move to an empty segment where there's no TM match, the MT results will be inserted in the segment.
If what you want to do is pre-translate the entire file with MT, you need to go to Batch Tasks - Pre-Translate Files and select "Apply automated translated" under the "When no match found" section.
