Restoring the "View" menu to the ribbon

Question

Pretty much the equivalent of locking your keys in the car while it's running... I seem to have removed the "View" tab from my ribbon and, since the "ribbon customization" tab is under "View", I have no idea how to restore it. Is located somewhere else? I cannot find it.

If a simple repair doesn't do the trick then you may have to rename this file: 
 
c:\Users\pfilkin\[USERNAME]\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0\UserSettings.xml 
 
That may do the trick, but if it doesn't then delete the new one that gets created and rename the one you renamed back to the original so you don't lose everything else in that file.
