 I would like to ask you if Trados Studio 2017 can translate xlf file: document:2.0" version="2.0"

I think you might be confused here. The version 1.0.0.0 in this case refers to the version of the XLIFF 2.0 filter in Studio. It has nothing to do with the version numbers of the XLIFF standard. The description on the filetype explains: 
 
"Documents compliant with the OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) standard version 2.0."
