Freelance 2017 to Professional 2017 license upgrade issue

I've recently purchased an upgrade from Trados Studio Freelance 2017 to Trados Studio Professional 2017 - Single user

I've tried to upgrade licenses and was hoping to get to "Creating pakcages" as I have a tight deadline with this project currently working on.

However the studio still acts like a freelance version despite all the effort to Deactivate Freelance license and Activate the new Professional license.

The manual deactivation (offline) is successful only in SDL Account, the software itself would say that there is a Freelance license activated.

SDL account however refers to the ONLY license currently available to as not activated e.i. available. 

I have tried reinstalling the whole SDL Studio but it made no difference.

I would be greatful for any assistance in this matter.
