SDL 2017 constantly crashing

The message below was sent a few months ago and the solution seemed to have worked for a while. Not it has come back and does not let me work more than about 30 minutes before crashing.

 

"Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

 

Blocking Java Script does not cut it anymore...

Not sure what to do to solve this. Do you have a solution for me please?

Hi,

Not sure this is the right place to ask but here goes. I have been having the following error message come up very often and then SDL crashes. Can you tell me what is wrong please and thank you ?

Uploaded the error message, but not sure you can open it. When it appears again, I will Snagit.

    When the error message happens again don't snagit (unless it's a windows error), save the error stack to your desktop and attach it to the post:

    Hi ,

    If you tried all the usual stuff, resetting the usual suspect XML files and reinstalling, and this is still happening then please log a case. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

    gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

    You have two options:

    1. Submit a case using a webform
    2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

    You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
