Error message: presentationml v.1 - Studio 2015 SR3

Question

Dear all, I received a translation package and was asked to save the target file and check formatting before delivery but when I press Shift+F12 I got an error message saying " Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definition with id PresentationML v.1." I have already tried the suggetion in https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027235 but it did not help. my version is 2015 SR 3 12.3.5262.0 and MS Office 2007.

This most likely means that your package was created using a version of Studio you don't have. So this means you can translate the file and return the translated files in a return package, but you won't be able to check the formatting unless you have the same filetype that was used to create the file in Studio in the first place. Only your client will be able to save the target file. Perhaps you can ask them to send this to you and then you can make any changes and send them the return package again?
